Journey Highlights


Detailed Itinerary

Day 1


Arrive into Delhi. You will be met and transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon explore the legacy and heritage of Mughal Delhi, pulsing with energy and colour.

Day 2


Get on to a guided tour of Old and New Delhi. Start your day with a visit to Jama Masjid followed with a rickshaw ride in narrow lands of Chandni Chowk. Drive past Red Fort, President’s house, India gate before you reach Rajghat where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated. You will also visit Humayun’s tomb and Qutab Minar.

Day 3


On arrival in Haridwar, you will be met and welcomed by our representative at train station. On arrival you will be driven straight to Barsu. 

Day 4

Barsu – Dayara Bugyal

Post breakfast, start our trek to Dayara Bugyal. The climb is a moderate one with intermittent a scents. You will cross a dilapidated gujjar hut right after the forest clearing, then a short climb to  the Barnala Meadows. You will stop for lunch here and start again for Dayara. Enjoy a magnificent view of the Bandarpoonch peak (6316m) on this trail and soon approach campsite.

Day 5

Dayara – Bakaria Top

Leave after an early meal and walk on the trail leading to Bakaria/Siyaari Top. The trail goes through meadows and is steep all the way to the top (3810m). Back to Dayara late afternoon.

Day 6

Dayara – Barnala

After a relaxed breakfast set off downhill back to Barnala Bugyal. You will take short breaks as you trace your steps down the trail. Stop at Barnala Meadows for hot lunch.

Day 7

Barnala – Haridwar - Delhi

After an early breakfast start our descent to Barsu to bard the waiting vehicles to drive to Haridwar. Lunch enroute. Enjoy evening train to Delhi.

Day 8

Delhi – Sihali Jageer

You will be driven straight to Sihali Jageer (the project site), which is 3 hours from Delhi. Upon arrival check in to your homestay.

Day 9-11

Sihali Jageer

Community Service Construction Project: House Building / House Renovation / Toilet Building.

Day 12

Sihali Jageer - Delhi

Today’s morning start preparation for cooking a gala meal with the local cook to have a house warming ceremony with local people and house owner. House warming lunch at project site. Bid farewell to the community, pack up your bags, say goodbye to your host family.
